WSM Associates Ltd are a Southampton based company who offer a range of expert water systems management services.
HMF returned to carry out another project for WSM Associates to fit out a refurbishment on top of their existing mezzanine floor built by Hampshire Mezzanine in 2019.
HMF were asked to come up with a proposal to design a new meeting & training room facility.
After initial site meetings HMF provided a AutoCAD design plan showing a new meeting room with full height partitioning built to the roof & surrounding drylining. These walls were then tape & jointed & decorated using emulsion paint.
A suspended ceiling was fitted with natural daylight diffusers to enable borrowed natural daylight to permeate into the area.
Energy efficient LED recessed modular lighting & emergency lighting were fitted to achieve BS 5266.
Fire alarm modifications were also incorporated within the area to achieve BS 5839.
A new air conditioning system was provided to both heat & cool the area using an energy efficient inverter heat pump system.
A TV provided by the customer was wall mounted & then fed using HDMI cables below the mezzanine floor with an integrated floor box underneath the meeting table to allow interactive information to be displayed onto the TV with both power & data sockets located within the floor box.
Flooring was provided including barrier matting & carpet tiles throughout the training area.
The project was built on programme & the finished result looked really good.
