K&F Global Services sale new & used cars as well as storing vehicles for clients for what can be prolonged periods of time.
This new unit has been specifically designed with the intention of storing vehicles so needed to be clean and modern with an area for vehicles on the ground floor and an office on the first floor.
HMF were entrusted to carry out this mezzanine refurbishment project built to an exacting standard for a client who had a clear & concise dream of the completed works.
HMF through their own drawing office and design team were able to extract this dream and deliver to our client.
Sleek modern timber door linings with architraves and skirting’s were manufactured and added to a metal partitioning system to create first floor offices with full height glazing to create not only a light fully air conditioned office environment but a lookout gallery to the vehicles stored in the newly created area below on the ground floor.
To complete the first floor a modern floor to ceiling tiled toilet and showroom style kitchenette were installed with cleverly concealed plumbing and drainage to the void below.
The mezzanine metal staircase was clad with partitioning on each side and a timber handrail added with the treads clad to cushion the noise and accept carpets.
On the ground floor a humidifier system was installed to deliver the perfect temperature to store these vehicles and the innovative use of contemporary external cladding to the outside of the offices allowed the Black suspended ceiling with new LED panels throughout to show off the completely tiled floor of this modern facility.
With camera monitoring and a state of the art intruder alarm system installed after HMF has installed and upgraded the existing electrical system in the building.
