Town Gas Services Ltd are a leading plumbing and heating business in Hampshire but wanted to utilise their existing warehouse unit to create a new indoor golf simulation centre as a new business venture Town Golf.
They approached HMF with a view to creating a ground floor space for golf simulators and upstairs storage for their gas boiler business.
The unit had very restricted headroom and a very specific clearance was needed under the mezzanine for the golf swing. This meant a clever mezzanine design was required with shallow construction and stair arrangement to fit into the maximum roof space.
The installation included not only the mezzanine floor but also a subgrid, fire rated plasterboard ceiling, fire rated column cases and epoxy flooring.
The project was completed in 3 weeks and on programme….par for the course for HMF!
