Brookspeed are an independent prestige performance car sales & service specialist.
Brookspeed were taking over an empty warehouse & wanted space for a car showroom, reception area & offices. They also wanted the existing bare concrete slab painted for use as a workshop & for display vehicles.
HMF installed a 126m² mezzanine floor with two access staircases & fire rated protection to the mezzanine floor as well as floor to ceiling glazed partitions to form a sales office.
The mezzanine allowed a central hub/reception for the sales & service of Porsche & other performance cars into what was an empty unit. This allowed the client to add additional partitioning/toilets etc. as the budget permitted.
HMF applied a 2-pack epoxy coating to the ground floor slab of the entire unit covering some 785m².
HMF also administered the Building Regulations application on Brookspeed’s behalf.
The project was completed on programme within the original 4 week schedule.
