Office Partitioning Kent

While HMF is primarily a mezzanine flooring company, we understand that each business has different needs. We frequently find that our clients want office partitioning and this is now a staple service that we offer to businesses in Kent and the surrounding areas.

Fixed partitioning in Kent

If you need a boardroom or a meeting space that will become a permanent fixture in your office, then our fixed partitioning is likely to be an ideal solution for you. We will create solid walls by tape and jointing the plasterboard, so partitioning trims aren’t needed. This will give the partition a seamless appearance, so decorating it isn’t a problem and it should blend in with minimal problems. The fixed partitioning is available in a variety of wall thicknesses, designed to meet height, sound or fire rating requirements.

Relocatable partitioning

If you want something more flexible, then the fully relocatable partitioning is perfect. Available in thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm, you can choose from a range of panel configurations and finishes to suit the needs and style of your business. The relocatable partitioning allows you to add stylish areas to your interior space and it has been specially designed to accommodate fast-track installations.

Glazed partitioning

This is a fantastic option if you want to create an eye-catching design, that is easily achieved with elegant, flush-glazed window units. We offer both single glazed and double-glazed windows, with our without integral Venetian blinds. These provide you with great sound performance and more privacy if this is needed. You can choose between full height and half-height glazing to suit the needs of your business.

Manifestations

To ensure your glazed partitioning systems and doors satisfy statutory requirements within Building Regulations Document M, HMF uses manifestations. These also serve the purpose of adding greater privacy to individual offices with glazed partitions. We’ll ensure your corporate images or logo is used or a generic pattern if you prefer, creating a unique office environment and a professional finish to your glazing that meets the requirements set out by law.

Jumbo stud partitioning

Particularly useful for greater heights, jumbo stud partitioning is ideal for increasing fire and sound insulation performance. The boards used can be finished by tape and jointing, leaving you with a smooth finish. We can also use aluminium trims as an alternative and will work with you to meet your business requirements.

Our partitioning systems are all built to meet fire regulations, with fixed partitioning and relocatable partitioning able to be fire rated. Glazed partitioning can come with half-hour or one hour fire resistance, while the jumbo stud partitioning is suitable for fire insulation if necessary.
